MIND

Communicating through imagery and mixed media using recycled materials can be exciting and spontaneous. The artistic expression of thoughts, beliefs and emotions capture the essence of the moment and provides clear information for analysis and introspection providing insight into one's true identity. When immersed in artistic expression, other problems can be temporarily forgotten as one lives in the moment. The satisfaction of completing works helps raise self esteem, improves mood and mental well being.

BODY

Enjoying a healthy diet and regular exercise, especially relating with others during group exercise, can improve one's personal energy, physical health, social and overall well being as well as one's sense of self-worth. By also treating our bodies to fresh air, sunshine, water, rest and play, one's happiness and self confidence will improve.

SOUL

Meditation, taking a quiet moment for oneself and breathing deeply in and out will promote relaxation and a feeling of peace. Simple acts of kindness to ourselves and others can restore faith in life and each other, nourishing one's spirit.
